It’s a tricky process and certainly one I could benefit from input on, so I thought I’d share this article I read in Entrepreneur to help anyone out there who is considering expanding by acquisition – or, of course, wanting to make a quick estimate on the value of your own business. At the end of the day, as in every other walk of life, a business is worth what a bidder is prepared to pay for it, but it’s handy to have a view before entering any preliminary conversations.
