I often read these kind of articles and find them to be patronising or esoteric, but not this one. It’s insightful, which is something I strive to be. It is quick to read and it is offering advice from people who have got to a place that many of us seek.

 

As always, none of it is rocket science. But it is nonetheless, well worth a quick read. Items 5 and 6 particularly resonated with me. I completely agree that hiring rock stars is crucial. So much so, that I spend a lot of my time with clients focusing on this task. I’ve seen too many appointments made for the wrong reasons and it always ends in tears.
